~When do I ship?

I try to get everything shipped out within a week of purchasing, normally everything gets shipped out within 2 days especially with drops! Although sometimes will be away for a few days so just in case I always ask for 1 week grace period!

~My package is not updating through the USPS website but is in their possession.
Once items are in the hands of USPS I do not have any control over what happens to them, if you have any issues with a package please reach out and I can give you all the information I have on the package and to help/ hopefully figure it all out!!!! Hopefully it never comes to that but in case it does you are always welcome to reach out. 

~It says my package was returned to sender.

Please always make sure your address is correct or if you’ve moved then updated! If your package was returned to me due to incorrect address you will be required to pay for shipping to ship back to you with the correct address!

~returns and refunds

everything is handcrafted with care and attention to detail, if you have any issues please reach out through Instagram @Simple.Silver.Co but all gift cards, collection, drop, and custom orders are all final sale. 
I please ask that you know your ring size, necklace length, and pay attention to the information in the description of each product because I include all the information for each piece to provide you with all the information. So with that I ask that you please read all details because I do not accept returns or refunds on those products. I’m sorry if this causes any inconvenience. 

~what happens if my jewelry breaks?

my items are built to last but if there is anything that happens please reach out on Instagram  @Simple.Silver.Co please provide photos of whatever is wrong with your product so we can address it accordingly! There is a $5 fee for return shipping! 

~repair info

At this time I do not resize rings, I don’t have the setup for it so it is not something that I offer, so please make sure to check your ring size! I can sometimes stretch a ring between a quarter and half size bigger but can not make smaller. If you have a pearl necklace whether I strung it or someone else did feel free to reach out if it needs to be restrung! Broke your sterling chain? I have some available on my website! ~will my jewelry tarnish?

yes no matter what jewelry can tarnish! The antique look to jewelry is patina(tarnishing of the jewelry) I always provide a polishing cloth to shine up your pieces so make sure to keep that somewhere with your jewels to you can polish them up if they’re sitting for a while! Keep them out of a moist area such as your bathroom, being in your bathroom can fasten the tarnishing process! If you would like to get a good shine that you feel like you can’t get with the polishing cloth you’re always welcome to reach out and ship pieces to me (whether I or someone else made them, I would just ask for pieces of all products prior). ~what metals do you use? 
for all of my layouts I use 925 sterling silver unless specified, I occasionally will use gold filled. Most chains that I use are stainless steel, this is so I can use ,ore chunky durable chains for a lot more affordable! This will also be specified in the product description if it has a chain!
